What happens when you skip breakfast


Often breakfast is accompanied by a morning coffee and a fast biscuit, but rather than avoid the first meal of the day, pay more importance and do it as healthy as possible and  positive results will be seen immediately.

This is because the breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, essential to get the energy needed to meet the various activities.

Even if you do not have enough time for preparing food in the early hours, just a dessert or eggs would be enough , while lunch and dinner should be light to all those who wish to weaken and have a fit body.

Dinner advised to be easy after long hours of sleep does not burn as many calories as the moments of the day that are active and you can spend energy.

Breakfast should include 20% of the food on the menu of the day and need to be present, eggs, milk, yogurt, cereals, etc..

Also before you drink coffee before it is advisable to consume the fruit of a season, or squeezed orange juice cause it is better for your stomach.

At the end you can consume 3-4 or simple cookies with jam, or small cakes "without feeling the guilt."
If you don’t start having breakfast  you will feel the consequences later in life,cause you will be fat and you will have no energy.If you like you can talk to your partner and you can make breakfast a romantic and pleasurable thing for both of you so later on it will become a routine and you will get used to it.
