What is stress?



Stress is inevitable in life. While you may not have thought about it  stress is normal and even necessary, to the extent that is does not affect the health and quality of life.

You may weaken the effects of stress by identifying the causes, understand and accept if we can not control it or by learning management skills . To each of us the effects of stress are different, as well as ways to heal vary from one person to another. You can try different methods and find out which is the best way that suits you. Here's some soothing techniques:

Regular physical activity is one of the most effective techniques of stress management:

Express feelings: Talk, laugh, cry and express anger.

Do something you enjoy: A hob or activity to fill your free time can help you relax.

It is important to reduce the amount of stress in your life. Here are some techniques to avoid unnecessary stress:
  Manages time: Programming and organization of your time can make you more productive.
  Strategies to cope: Try to discern ways of behavior influenced by stress and find ways to reduce them.
  Create a lifestyle: Balance the obligations by giving yourself enough time to relax.
Eat well, do not smoke, and limit the consumption of alcohol.
   
Support from good friends: People that have a strong network of social support are more able to cope with life changes.
   Change your thinking: Say "stop" to thoughts that cause stress.
Solve problems while working, and create intimacy with office furniture or home, to be more pleasing to the eye.

But stress can be overwhelming. While you can come in and help a friend or family member you can ask the advice of a professional.
How do I determine my stress level?

The rate of your stress can be a genetic trait inherited. How much support you get from family and friends, previous experiences, coping with stress, and your ability to cope or rewind. What is stressful for one person may not be for another. Rate your stress in any situation depends on how you perceive it, and how long it lasts.

Many people have learned how to act with their stress better than others. If you doubt the stress out of the situation, you need to learn better ways to heal.

Changes that may occur in life, like the loss of a loved one, marriage, job change are a few reasons to feel stressed, but generally depends on the duration.
