We live in an age where individuals and crowds have occupations, long working hours, social life, traffic congestion, parking, etc missing.

Unable to attend gyms, therefore specialists create more programs so people can attend the gym everywhere . Now the sport is not seen as an activity, but a way of life, pervades every moment of life.

Unfortunately our gyms disclose yet obsolete programs, from which people often come exhausted in bed instead of running the other activities of the day. But training should be a prelude, the start of a beautiful and dynamic one that will guide the success of the day.

Exercise is not only what keeps the body in shape, cause even more important is how a household lives, fed, treated, etc. thinks, these links are necessarily linked together, are the colors that make up the whole of a picture.
 Here's 10 steps to follow for a physical and spiritual form:

1 - Get up early and before you leave bed do some streching exercises (traction) to increase the flexibility of the body and revitalize the physical and mental health

2 - Before you eat breakfast, make 30 minutes of exercise on the floor, not on the couch, armchair or sofa, because they are very flexible and soft, which prevents exercises. Do not jump on the rope for jumping with both feet at the same time will hurt your knees.

3 - After exercise have a shower with lukewarm water and then cold to activate blood circulation and enhance skin elasticity

4 - After a shower do meditation for 10 minutes ,breathe deep and during this time try to focus on the topic of the day you want to achieve positive thinking.

5 - then eat a light breakfast focusing on food and not on TV or reading newspaper, provided for the assimilation of food and then drink a coffee.

6 - Sit on the table hungry and rise  greedy. Consume daily feeding not in 3 but 5 meals to lose weight or prevent obesity.

7 - If you are tired or stressed put some  music to accompany  your voice and sing slowly, it removes the focus from the problem.This is called music therapy.

8 - To increase adrenaline (humor) during housework open the tv or radio with rhythmic music and dance freely, it promotes blood circulation.

9 - Do not go to sleep without eating dinner, because it is wrong to think  that elimination of dinner can help you lose weight. Consume dinner at  least 2 hours before sleep, eat something light and mostly consume it outdoor walking in the fresh air.
