Extreme anger (rage or flying into a
rage) implies some visible
manifestation, violence and lack of self-control. Synonyms for
are: frustration, hostility,
forbidding, , rage etc.
Therefore, an angry person is very difficult to control himself. And when the
man gets immensely angry, sometimes he
loses self-control and makes great crimes, even murder inhalation,
in order to quench the thirst for revenge.
Not only anger but also many other emotions
that man bears
being combined with
each other to increase
their deadly heart rhythm to many people.
There are many factors that can affect humans such as war,
earthquakes, natural disasters, social and
financial problems leading to cardiac arrest, lethal condition in
which the heart stops circulating blood.
According to studies carried out in America, if a nation
is experiencing a stressful situation, according to statistics is also significantly increased
the number of deaths.
The
study was
conducted on 150
people who were divided in
two groups and
were divided in rooms where they saw different videos. According to the results, people who saw scenes of war,
terror, blood, revenge
or violence had
a higher pace
of beating the
heart, which may lead to arrhythmia.
On the other hand people who saw scenes of comedy, romance, parody
had a calm nervous
system and laughter and harmony that they had
experienced during these scenes
not only adversely affects not but increases
the possibility of a longer lifetime.
There
are many
people in the world who are
very sensitive and hot-blooded and immediately
fall prey of irritating
situations responding with emotional or physical violence.
These people believe that in this way they they will get rid
of the experienced stress and they are right but
minutes when the person experiencing this condition
affect 10 times
more than any other emotion.
But
on the other hand, some psychologists
do not see anger as
a negative sense,
because in many cases
it increases the desire and willingness to
continue further.
When people face problems or situations
of which seem unaffordable, it appears
immediately the feeling of anger, but human
nature itself pushes
him to try and try until the problem is finally gone.
So
anger has positive and negative consequences and one should try to find
an intermediate route.
