With a little practice we can keep away many diseases

Performing regular physical activity helps healthy living.

People who follow this rule are more likely not to be affected by chronic diseases, particularly cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, tumor diseases, and mental health disorders.

Physical activity should not be neglected, because only in this way can prevent health problems.

Current style of living has decreased rates of physical activity. Therefore, it is added to the level of morbidity, particularly dictated by the massive use of vehicles, modernization of electrical equipment, or and other habits like smoking, weight gain, which contribute to increased risk of chronic diseases.

The data reported by the World Health Organization show that if we do at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity five days during the week will reduce the risk for chronic diseases such as heart disease, obesity, diabetes by 50 percent and significantly hypertensive diseases and psychological consequences of sedentary life as stress, anxiety, depression.

It is extremely important that a healthy diet combined with daily physical activity necessary to minimize sedentary life
which is a common risk factor for many chronic diseases.
